Contact your ecoTOTE supplier or sales rep to arrange collection of any empty ecoTOTES. They should be collected with your next ecoTOTE delivery.

Absolutely! Please return all ecoTOTEs, even if they are missing a cap or other part. ecoTOTEs are designed to last many years and we will replace missing parts.
Let us know by submitting a support request here and we’ll do our best to get it sorted. When submitting your support request, please help us by confirming exactly which part of your SmartPour is missing or broken.
If your SmartPour isn’t turning on, please check first check it is properly charged:
1. Using ONLY the USB-C charging cable provided, make sure your SmartPour is actively charging by confirming the charging indicator is lit up on the display screen.
2. If the charging indicator doesn’t appear, leave the SmartPour plugged for up to 15 minutes. Sometimes it must build up a base charge for the screen to activate.
3. Still not working? Try using a substitute charging cable. We recommend USB-A chargers rated for either 5V/1A (5w) or 5V/2A (10w).
SmartPour still not turning on? You can reset the unit in three easy steps:
1. Make sure the SmartPour is NOT connected to power.
2. Press the RESET button located on the base of the SmartPour 1.1S and the underside the SmartPour 2.0S in the right corner.
3. Hold the power button on the user keypad to turn your SmartPour on.
1. Ensure the Hard Inlet Tube is properly fitted to the SmartPour.
2. Make sure the vacuum adaptor found in one end of the Hard Inlet Tube isn’t plugged into the SmartPour. This will block the spirit from dispensing.
3. Double tap one of preset volume buttons in rapid succession.
If your SmartPour is leaking at the base of the Steel Dispense Nozzle try the following two steps:
1. Check that the Steel Dispense Nozzle has 2 O-rings attached in place. A spare set of O-rings is provided in each SmartPour box.
2. Ensure the Steel Dispense Nozzle is tight and secure in the SmartPour.
3. Please submit a support request here if spirit is continuously dripping from the Steel Dispense Nozzle after pouring.
